Self Care
At what point in the day do you start doing some “self care”?  For me that starts from the moment I wake up in the morning.

Take note of what you say to yourself the minute you wake up – what’s your tone of voice like? Whose voice is it – yours or someone else’s? Is it motivating and uplifting or does it drag you down and make you want to hide under the duvet?

When you get up and look in the mirror (there are some people who don’t look in mirrors) what do you say to yourself? Do you beat yourself up about the way you look? If so how on earth do you expect to go out and have a good day! Turn your wrinkles in laughter lines, grey hairs are the new ice blonde!

Let’s face it, if you can’t say something nice about yourself to yourself then what makes you think others will? So give yourself a bit of self-care, a bit of TLC at the beginning of every day and at every opportunity and you’ll find the day will get off to a much better start.
